FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a heterocyclic compound of formula II or IV, to its racemate, enantiomer, diastereoisomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, where M is H or Na ion; U represents , or ; X1 represents CH, Y represents ; each of X7 and X8 independently represents CH or S; each of R1 and R2 independently represents H, C1-4 alkyl; or R1, R2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form C3-6 cycloalkyl; wherein alkyl may be further substituted with 3 D substituents; R3 is H or halogen; R4 represents C6-10 aryl or ; wherein aryl or is substituted with 1–2 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen and CN; each of R5 and R6 independently represents H, OH or C1-4 alkyl; n is 0 or 1; p is 1; or a derivative with articulated rings, which is selected from the compounds mentioned in claim 1 of the claims. Invention also relates to intermediate compounds of formulas II-a or IV-a, the use of a compound of formula II or IV and a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula II or IV.

EFFECT: technical result: new heterocyclic compounds have been obtained that are useful in the treatment of hyperuricemia or a disease associated with hyperuricemia.
