Compounds have the properties of a PI3-kinase inhibitor, particularly PI3-kinase, which is PI3Kδ. Compounds can be used for treating diseases selected from the group of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), viral respiratory infections, viral exacerbations of respiratory diseases, aspergillosis, leishmaniasis, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, thrombosis, atherosclerosis, hemoblastoses, pancreatitis, nephropathy, carcinoma, transplant rejection, tissue rejection, pulmonary involvement, pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis, back pain, pain caused by a common inflammatory process, post-hepatitis neuralgia, diabetic neuropathy, inflammatory neuropathic pain (trauma), trigeminal neuralgia or central pain associated with the need to control the activity of PI3-kinase, particularly PI3Kδ.
