SUBSTANCE: edible fatty animal of origin product with hot paprika extract is characterized by that it contains 1 l of melted fat enriched with a mixture of hot peppers of the genus Capsicum: jalapeno pepper 40–45 g, tabasco pepper 40–45 g and habanero pepper 10–20 g, wherein the product's steeping intensity is in range of 7,500–15,000 Units by the Scoville scale or enriched with a mixture of hot peppers of the genus Capsicum: jalapeno pepper 60 g, tabasco pepper 60 g and habanero pepper 30 g, at that, the product scouring degree is in range of 15,000–25,000 Units by the Scoville scale; or enriched with a mixture of hot peppers of the genus Capsicum: jalapeno pepper 70 g, tabasco pepper 70 g and habanero pepper 60 g, wherein the product's steeping degree is in range of 25,000–50,000 Units by the Scoville scale.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a fat product enriched with capsaicin, having a new taste property, combining the taste of melted fat and a burning taste with retarding action, as well as having biological activity and increased shelf life.
