Composition for body weight control contains a mixture including safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorius), defatted soya lecithin, caffeine, yohimbe bark extract (Pausinystalia johimbe), oil extract of red pepper (Capsicum annuum L), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), extract of ginger roots (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), chromium picolinate, with the following initial components content per 1000 mg of the composition: safflower oil - 870–920 mg, defatted soya lecithin - 35–45 mg, caffeine - 26–32 mg, yohimbe bark extract (Pausinystalia johimbe) - 16–20 mg, red pepper oil extract (Capsicum annuum L) - 5–8 mg, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) - 12–16 mg, extract of ginger roots (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) - 1–2 mg and chrome picolinate - 0.4–0.6 mg.
