SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layer-by-layer materials layer-by-layer synthesis of parts with complex spatial configuration. Device for producing articles from powder materials comprises a base with a base surface, a hopper for collecting excess powder material, programmed through a process platform control unit for layer-by-layer formation of the article and a powder dispenser, a laser unit, powder material supply and compaction means, video camera with illumination unit and check marks. Video camera and the illumination unit are configured to cover the process platform and check marks. Device is programmed through said manipulator control unit arranged on bed to grip powder fragments from process platform. Illumination unit is made in the radiation spectrum perceived by the video camera, and the manipulator grip is made with a fixed element equipped with a control mark placed in the coverage area of the video camera and the illumination unit.

EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of obtained articles by ensuring stability of high physical and mechanical properties of single layers due to diagnostics and correction of defects in single applied layer of powdered material.
