FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fiber-reinforced composition intended for the foam products manufacturing for the automotive industry. Composition contains the polypropylene heterophasic copolymer (HECO), propylene polymer, fiberglass, and polar modified polypropylene as the adhesion promoter. At that, the polypropylene heterophasic copolymer (HECO has the melt flow rate MFR2 (230 °C) and includes the matrix (M), which is the statistical propylene copolymer, and dispersed in the said matrix the elastomeric propylene copolymer.
EFFECT: fiber reinforced composition according to the invention has the impact / stiffness and elongation at break excellent balance.
