FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, to a composition for making biodegradable scaffolds, and a method of its preparation. Method involves mixing a suspension of microparticles of the intercellular matrix with a size of less than 0.5 mm of one mammalian tissue with an aqueous solution of silk fibroin with a ratio of components: an aqueous solution of silk fibroin – 10–95 wt.% and intercellular matrix microparticles less than 0.5 mm in size – 90–5 wt.%.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the level of cell adhesion on the scaffold.
