FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the production of biodegradable scaffolds. Method involves mixing an aqueous solution of silk fibroin with intercellular matrix microparticles of less than 0.5 mm in size with a ratio of components: an aqueous solution of silk fibroin – 10–95 wt. % and particles of the intercellular matrix – 90–5 wt.%. Next, dimethyl sulfoxide is added to a final concentration of 0.5–2 %. From the mixture obtained, form the desired shape of the product and incubated for at least 5 days at a temperature from -10 to -80 °C. After that the products are thawed in 96 % ethanol for 0.5–10 hours with a change of ethyl alcohol at least 3 times.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain biodegradable scaffolds with the optimization of cultural conditions for the attachment and proliferation of cells while maintaining mechanical strength and elasticity.
