FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular biology and biotechnology, namely to manufacturing natural silk-based textile biodegradable scaffolds. Method comprises treating a natural silk-based textile material with a water-alcohol solution of calcium chloride at a molar ratio of calcium chloride, ethyl alcohol and water of 1:2:8, respectively, at 20–80 °C for 10–120 minutes, applying at least one substance capable of adhesion and proliferation of mammalian cells to natural silk-based textile material.
EFFECT: invention provides accelerated degradation of scaffolds.
