FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite products used in aerospace engineering. The composite product contains a core layer of the 2XXX series alloy and a cladding layer of the 6XXX series aluminum alloy connected to at least one surface of the core layer of the 2XXX series alloy, wherein the 6XXX series aluminum alloy contains, wt. %: Si from 0.3 to 1.0, Mg from 0.3 to 1.1, Mn from 0.04 to 1.0, Fe from 0.03 to 0.4, Cu up to 0.10 inclusive, Cr up to inclusive 0.25, V up to 0.2 inclusive, Zr up to 0.2 inclusive, Zn up to 0.5 inclusive, Ti up to 0.15 inclusive, unavoidable impurities, quantity each of which is less than 0.05, less than 0.15 in total, the rest is aluminum. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a rolled composite product for aerospace equipment.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a cladded product containing a 2XXX series alloy with an improved balance of corrosion resistance and formability.
