FIELD: photography.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to housings of an image capturing device, specifically to housings of photo and video cameras of civil purpose, as well as housings of medical devices for capturing an image. Disclosed housing of image capturing device comprises hole for lens and relief for grip with left and/or right hand on front side, as well as buttons for shutter release. At that, the relief for gripping by the left and/or right hand is made on the lower and lateral parts of the front side and has projections on the upper left side, upper right, lower left corners of front side with buttons for shutter release and projection on lower right angle with shifted from it and made below hole for lens by button to start the bolt.
EFFECT: high stabilization of the obtained image owing to ease of use of the device.
