FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in chewing functions recovery. To produce at least one prosthesis granules of material compatible with human tissues are filled, where they are melted into a homogeneous mass, a portion of melted material is pushed out into a closed split mold for making a denture for a tooth having several roots. At the same time in the split mold beforehand, prior to extrusion of a portion of melted material, tapping is performed for each root portion of the dental prosthesis and separation plates dividing each root portion of the dental prosthesis into two halves. After solidification of the biologically compatible with the human body material in the mold, it is opened, the denture workpiece is removed, all the taps are unscrewed, than the threads are cut, producing tube-pins for each root portion of the dental prosthesis, from a material which is biologically compatible with the human body, pointed on one side and having a slot on the other side for their screwing, the pin tubes are provided with an external thread, mating tap threads, making an occlusion plate and nuts for fixation thereof on the masticatory plane of the dental prosthesis, removing the diseased tooth, peeling it off, eliminating defects and damages, screwing the tube pins into all root parts of the dental prosthesis until approaching their sharpened part to the beginning of the root system, polishing the upper dental prosthesis, performing antiseptic treatment of the removed tooth holes and the root parts of the denture, inserting the root portions of the denture into the corresponding holes of the removed tooth, screw tubes are screwed in, than after approaching them to cut roots are halves are halved, thereby rigidly pressing them to walls of alveolar bone of patient's jaw, pause is ensured by healing of the removed tooth site, the inner part of which is drained by means of a hole in the pin tubes; after the removed tooth is recovered, an occlusion plate is put on the upper part of the pin-tubes and fixed by means of nuts; the holes in the tube-pins are closed.
EFFECT: method allows restoring the integrity of the dental arch without compromising the integrity of the teeth limiting the denture defect.
