FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and can be used for chewing functions restoration. For the manufacture of at least one prosthesis, granules of the material which is combined with the human tissues, where they are melted into a homogeneous mass, are poured, a portion of molten material is pushed into the closed split mold for making a dental prosthesis having a plurality of roots, note here that split mold is arranged in advance to expel portion of molten material therein. Taps for each root portion of the dental prosthesis and separating plates are inserted to separate each root portion of the dental prosthesis into two halves. After solidification of the biologically compatible with the human body material in the mold, it is opened, the workpiece of the dental prosthesis is removed, all the taps are twisted, than the threads are cut. Tube-pins are made for each root part of dental prosthesis from material biologically compatible with human body, sharpened on one side and having spline for their screwing on the other side, tube-pins are equipped with external thread, mating thread of taps. Occlusal plate and nuts for its fixation are made on chewing plane of dental prosthesis. Patient is removed, the tooth is cleaned, defects and damages are eliminated; the denture workpiece is fixed on the bushing which is fixed on the shaft of the laser machine for working with solid material, and a remote tooth of the patient is fixed coaxially with the denture blank. Reading device is connected to the computer of the laser machine, the removed tooth is turned through 360 degrees, in the process of which data on the shape and size of the removed tooth is inserted into the computer program at each moment of rotation, the denture workpiece is milled in accordance with the shape and size of the removed tooth, introduced into the computer, denture roots systems are used to make notches to strengthen retention of the dental prosthesis in the alveolar cavity, remove the removed tooth and dental prosthesis from the engine bushing, screw the tube pins into all root parts of the dental prosthesis to approach their sharpened part to the beginning of the root system, polishing the upper dental prosthesis, performing antiseptic treatment of the removed tooth holes and root parts of the denture, inserting the root parts of the denture into the corresponding holes of the removed tooth, screw tubes are screwed in, than after approaching them to cut roots, their halves are separated in sides, than they are rigidly pressed to alveolar bone walls, patient's jaws, pause for healing of removed tooth place, which inner part is drained by means of a hole in the pin tubes, after the removed tooth is healed, an occlusion plate is put on the upper part of the pin-tubes and fixed with nuts, and the holes in the tube-pins are closed.
EFFECT: method enables restoring the integrity of the dental arch by implanting the removed tooth without preparing the dental defects.
