METHOD OF TOOTH TREATMENT AND ITS SIMULTANEOUS DENTAL PROSTHODONTIC Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61C13/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, is intended for use in dental prosthodontic treatment of a tooth region. To produce at least one prosthesis in a heated press, granules of material compatible with human tissues are filled, where they are melted into a homogeneous mass. A portion of melted material is ejected into a closed split mold for making a dental prosthesis for cutters and/or canines, on walls of which there are projections forming a thread. At the same time in split mold preliminary tap, prior to extrusion into it of a portion of molten material, tap is introduced to make through hole in dental prosthesis, used for outflow of liquid from zone of removed tooth in period of treatment. After solidification of material compatible with human tissues, the mold is opened, the dental prosthesis is withdrawn and the tap is unscrewed than the thread is cut. Produced with material compatible with human tissues screw with occlusion plate, equipped with external thread, mating thread in hole of dental prosthesis, having slot for screwing. An aching tooth is removed, the upper dental prosthesis is polished, antiseptic treatment of the socket of the removed tooth and the root part of the dental prosthesis is performed, the last tooth is screwed in place of the removed tooth, holding a pause for healing the place of the removed tooth, the inner zone of which is drained through a hole in the dental prosthesis. After the removed tooth is healed, a screw with an occlusion plate is screwed into the hole of the dental prosthesis to close the hole therein.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore integrity of dentition without preparation of adjacent teeth.
