The device contains a block (1) for obtaining information about the current train position, a block (2) of sensors for the location of trains, a server (3) for processing information, a block (4) for train positioning, a block (5) for generating a train schedule, a block (6) for manually entering data, a block (7) for obtaining an executed schedule, a block (8) for displaying and registering information, a block (9) for normative reference information, a block (11) for reference graphics, a module (12) for checking the implementation of the schedule, a block (13) for memory with a database of new equipment and technologies, a module (14) for updating normative reference information, a block (16) of adaptive assignment of passenger transportation, a block (17) of adaptive assignment of freight transportation, a block (18) of transportation market analysis, a block (19) of train schedule verification, a block (20) of verification data generation, a module (21) of information implementation of the schedule, a block (22) of operational implementation of the train schedule, the operators’ PC (23), a block (24) of the first schedule buffer, a buffer (25) of the current schedule, a block (26) of pattern classification, a block (27) of train schedule analysis, a block (28) of the database of executed train schedules, a block (29) of informing about the relevance of train schedules of operational personnel, a block (30) of the final execution of the schedule. Moreover, the block (5) for generating a train schedule is equipped with a machine learning module (15) and a simulation model module (10).
EFFECT: achieves an expansion of the device’s functionality.
