SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Communication device for a portable defibrillator that supports a communication device comprises: an assembly of a wireless phone and an electric battery. Communication device further comprises a motion sensor that is configured to connect the power supply of the electric battery to the wireless phone in response to the detection of any movement of the portable defibrillator. Wireless phone is configured to automatically activate, register with the wireless network in response to the electrical connection of the electric battery to the wireless phone. Wireless phone is configured to make a call to the emergency medical service via a wireless communication network in response to manual activation of the wireless phone when the power supply of the electric battery is connected to the wireless phone and is configured to disconnect the power supply of the electric battery from the wireless phone in response to the absence of a call by the wireless phone to the emergency medical service during a time interval, the counting of which is started after connecting the power supply of the electric battery to the wireless phone. Defibrillation device is described.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the connection time of the defibrillator operator with the emergency medical service while simultaneously increasing the service life of the electric battery of the communication device.
