SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control and regulation on multipurpose machines with numerical program control. Cyberphysical system for monitoring high-tech equipment comprises a measuring transducer, a memory means, a comparator unit, a timer and a computing device. Computing device is equipped with an integration unit and an analysis unit, the output of which is connected to signal units which are actuated when the specified force and energy of deformation of the bearing system of the machine tool are exceeded.
EFFECT: raised reliability of equipment operation.
