FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of fodder soya-maize substrate intended for probiotic crops growing. Method involves boiling, filtration and sterilization. Soya beans and maize grains are soaked for 12 hours in separate containers. Then soya beans are cleaned of husks and milled, and maize grains are washed and also ground to a gusty condition, water is added to volume of one liter into a container with milled soya beans and into a container with milled maize grains and boiled for 20 minutes at temperature of 100–110 °C. Obtained soya and maize broths are cooled to 37–40 °C, filtered, sterilized in autoclave for 20 minutes at temperature of 121 °C and pressure of 1.1 atm and mixed at ratio of 1:5, where one part is maize broth and 5 parts of soya broth and a substrate is obtained. Probiotic microorganisms are added to obtained substrate.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to obtain a nutrient medium providing a storage effect and intensive growth of probiotic cultures.
