SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a recombinant strain of bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes M39 "Gurov", obtained by transforming the Streptococcus pyogenes "Gurov" strain with plasmid pT7ErmEMM, obtained based on the vector p7ermB by embedding on the HindIII and EcoRI sites of the emm gene fragment. Disclosed recombinant strain exhibits marked anti-tumor activity towards hepatoma and sarcoma tumors.
EFFECT: invention increases anti-tumor activity, reduces pathogenicity and improves survival rate of recombinant strain Streptococcus pyogenes and can be used in therapy of malignant growths.
