FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to biotechnology, molecular medicine, in particular genetic engineering. Described are artificial DNA-constructions, demonstrating the high activity of a human transcriptional promoter, from which the expression of a lower located arbitrary nucleotide sequence, transcribed by RNA-polymerase II, is realised. Described is a universal constructive promoter, providing the expression of arbitrary nucleotide sequences in mammalian cells of a various origin. The method of treating oncologic diseases and a respective pharmaceutical composition are claimed.
EFFECT: invention can be used for the genetic therapy of human diseases of a various nature, in particular oncologic neoplasms.
