FIELD: electrical communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in mobile communication systems. To this end, the electronic device comprises a circuit configured to apply separate intermittent reception configurations to a plurality of cells with different attributes and applying a general discontinuous reception configuration to a group of cells with a common attribute; and controlling physical downlink control channels of said plurality of cells based on corresponding intermittent reception configurations.
EFFECT: technical result consists in control of physical downlink control channels only for those cells, which are used separate configurations, which saves energy consumed by a mobile communication station.
