FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measurement equipment and can be used for diagnostics of grounding circuits. Device uses potentials measurement in circuit nodes at flowing through the circuit of working and emergency currents, currents of lightning discharges. Device consists of insulated conductors supplying grounding circuit potentials to voltage dividers, voltage dividers normalizing measured voltage, measuring devices of peak and average voltage values and microprocessor module for measurement, archiving and transmission of measured values for visualization by means of man-machine interfaces.
EFFECT: continuous monitoring of the loop state during current operation.
