FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for predicting the absence of motor defect regression in patients in the late recovery period of ischemic stroke with mild or moderate central hemiparesis is that in the patients suffering cerebral ischemic stroke, microcirculation and the state of the neuromuscular apparatus are examined by the following factors: mean square deviation of detected Doppler signals from average value (flux level), index of floxometry, amplitude of low-frequency oscillations of tissue blood flow, amplitude of motor response in distal nerve point, recorded from muscle, finger of thumb - m. abductor pollicis brevis, with stimulation of the median nerve (n.medianus) by a single stimulus, the value of prognostic coefficients is found. In the patients suffering mild hemiparesis of 4 points, PC = 6.4, moderate hemiparesis of 3 points PC = 3.2. If the value of the fluke level is less than 0.8, the PC is taken equal to 5, while the value of the flax level is 0.8–1.1, the PC is taken equal to 4, while the value of the level of the flag is higher than 1.1 PC = 1. If amplitude of low-frequency oscillations of tissue blood flow is less than 0.15 PC = 1.5, with value of amplitude of low-frequency oscillations of tissue blood flow 0.15–0.2 PC = 2.5, with value of amplitude of low-frequency oscillations of tissue blood flow is more than 0.2 PC = 1. If the measured value of the floxometry index is less than 0.25, the PC is taken equal to 1.6, while the flaxometry index is 0.25–0.5 PC = 1.6, while the flaxometry index is more than 0.5 PC = 0.8. If the motor response amplitude is less than 3 PC = 7.2, the motor response amplitude is 3–5 PC = 3.6, and the motor response amplitude is more than 5 PC = 1.2. That is followed by calculating the sum of prognostic coefficients, dividing it by 20.5 and predicting the absence of regression of motor deficiency with the derived values of 0.81–1.1.
EFFECT: invention provides optimization of early rehabilitation of patients.
