SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active-jet projectiles with armor-piercing feathered subcaliber core. Armor-plucking sweep projectile contains penetrating sub-caliber core and driving device. Penetrating core is combined with solid fuel straight-flow air-jet engine, which includes housing, input device, fuel charge, combustion chamber and nozzle. Penetrating core head part is used as the central body. This body provides supersonic flow braking with pressure and temperature increase, which provide initiation of combustion of fuel charges. These fuel charges are installed so that they form ring on internal walls of combustion chamber.

EFFECT: high armor penetration at long distances.
