Disclosed is a system comprising a computer-readable medium for implement a method, wherein the system comprises a storage device storing a keyword database comprising keywords corresponding to the interval change; and a processor configured to execute commands for performing operations, including: analyzing the medical report in order to determine whether the data on the interval changes corresponding to the medical data change over time are required; extracting keywords from a given field in a medical report corresponding to keywords in the keyword database; distributing extracted keywords into a first category corresponding to the interval change if the keywords match the pattern; distribution of extracted keywords into a second category if keywords do not match pattern; and generating a notification message if the keywords correspond to the second category.
