SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to means of ultrasonic diagnostics. Ultrasonic diagnostic echo acoustic signaling ultrasound system (TGC) comprises an ultrasonic system control panel and a plurality of TGC control means, located on control panel of ultrasonic system and configured to be installed in nominal position or adjustment to other positions for control of time compensation of amplification, plurality of illumination devices, each of which is located on one of TGC control means. An illumination controller which responds to the setting of the TGC control means in its nominal position is connected to at least one illumination device of the TGC control means, configured to generate a visually distinguishable backlight.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to facilitate adjustment of means for controlling time compensation of amplification of an echo signal in a darkened region.
