FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for prosthetic hiatal plasty of hiatus of diaphragm with fundoplication. Fundoplication gastric cuff is located behind the esophagus. Sutures are interposed between diaphragm feet and fundoplication cuff. In addition, a suture is applied in the area of the last medial suture of the posterior cruroraphia, wherein the medial edge of the prosthesis is sequentially stitched left and right feet of the diaphragm and the edge of the fundoplication cuff to the muscular membrane of the stomach.
EFFECT: method enables preventing complications associated with fundoplication cuff sagging.
