FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Retroesophageal and an anterior cruroraphia is performed. Mesh implant having a central opening for the esophagus with a diameter providing distance of 0.5–0.8 cm from the edge of the hole of the implant to the wall of the esophagus, and a radial slot with width of 1±0.2 cm is used. Implant is inserted through a radial slot around the esophagus with overlapping both zones of sutures, wherein the slot is located on the side of the liver.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating inconsistency of sutures on diaphragm hypotrophic pedicles, esophagus wall arrosion, mesh migration into lumen of esophagus or stomach, excessive constriction of esophageal opening of diaphragm due to cicatrisation process, higher durability of implant fixation.
