FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely surgical surgery. At the first stage, cruroraphia is performed. Fixation of implant with hernia stapler clips or manual suture is carried out 3–5 mm from edge of oesophagus of implant to diaphragm feet on 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 o'clock of conventional clock face. Herewith fixation of implant with hernia stapler is carried out strictly at right angle to diaphragm feet, which corresponds to direction at angle of 45 degrees relative to its cupola. If a manual suture is used, the implants are fixed in points at 4 and 12 o'clock, the needle stroke is directed from the heart to the medial side, and in any other points the direction of needle movement is whatever.
EFFECT: method enables prevention of cardiac and pericardial damage, reduced possibility of recurrences and complications.
