Compound of the general formula (I), where R1 denotes C2-C13 alkyl, R denotes C3-C18 alkenyl, X denotes O or halogen, and y is 1 or 2, that when y is 1, X is halogen, and in the case where y is 2, X is O. Invention also relates to process for preparation of compound (I), semiconductor layer and an electronic device containing the compound (I), and using the compound (I). .

EFFECT: technical result: proposed compound allows to obtain a semiconductor layer on various substrates, suitable for obtaining flexible, thermally stable and stable electronic devices of large area.
