FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metals treatment under pressure, in particular to the gas turbine engines disks manufacturing from heat-resistant titanium alloys. Cylindrical tubular billet is heated to temperature for 20–40 °C below A3. After heating performing the tubular billet distribution and rotation of the into the flat disk with central hole. Distribution is made on to the cone with the tapered striker, and the rotation is performed on flat plates under press. At that, obtaining the microstructure with the grain diameter on the disk rim of dgrain≥10-9 nm and grain diameter on the disk hub of dgrain≤10-6 nm.
EFFECT: as a result, enabling increase in the gas turbine engines disks quality and reduction in their manufacturing labour intensity.
