FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnological industry, in particular to production of biologically active substances based on dihydroquercetin, having antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action. Method of producing biologically active substance based on dihydroquercetine consists in that crystalline powder of dihydroquercetin is placed in distilled water at ratio of 0.001–5 g of powder per 100 ml of water and for 20 minutes is subjected to ultrasonic exposure with frequency of 20±2 kHz, radiation intensity 100 W/cm2 and exposure power of 630 W. Alternatively, when producing the biologically active substance, crystalline powder of dihydroquercetin is placed in a solution of distilled water with ethyl alcohol at ratio of 0.001–5 g of powder per 100 ml of solution, wherein water solution with alcohol consists of nine parts of water and one part of ethyl alcohol. Alternatively, in production of biologically active substance, crystalline powder of dihydroquercetin is placed in vegetable oil at ratio of 0.001–5 g of powder per 100 ml of oil. Ultrasound treatment in the second and third versions is also carried out for 20 minutes with an ultrasonic exposure frequency of 20±2 kHz, radiation intensity 100 W/cm2 and exposure power of 630 W.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain biologically active substances based on dihydroquercetin with high bioavailability.
