SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in open development of complex structure deposits of solid minerals by means of excavator. Method of development of complex-structure deposits of solid minerals includes scooping of ore by an excavator, activation of process of sifting small fractions of ore by means of rotation of working drums of ladle, successive differentiated unloading of fine fractions of standard ore and coarse fractions of ore. When the ladle extracts standard ore, the automatic control system sends a signal for rotation of working drums for sieving at turning of the excavator to the point of unloading of fine fractions of the standard ore. Sieved fine fractions of standard ore are accumulated in pivoting accumulator hinged to the ladle with capacity equal to volume of screened fine fractions of conditioning ore during the excavator turning. When unloading point is achieved, rotary accumulator opens and fine fractions of conditioned ore are unloaded. At extraction of off-grade ore sifting of fine fractions through working drums is not performed, and ladle unloads all off-grade ore to unloading ore unloading point.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of ore extraction and sorting process, expansion of functionality, reduction of losses of fine fractions, increase of ecological efficiency of production.
