FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photometry and specifically to methods of calibrating / calibrating measurement apparatus of high power of laser radiation, and can be used for metrological purposes. Method of calibration / verification of laser radiation power measurement means consists in that the initial laser radiation beam is divided into passing and reflected beams using an optical divider, coefficient of division KD is determined optical divider, simultaneously obtaining output signals of reference and calibrated / verified means of measuring laser radiation power for said beams and performing calibration / verification of the corresponding measurement apparatus. Optical divider used is a prism equipped with a liquid cooling system, the front and rear faces of which are located at different angles to the optical axis. Radiation beam reflected from the front face of the prism is directed to the standard power measurement device, and the beam reflected from the prism back side is directed to the control power measuring device. is determined. Calibration / calibration is carried out if Kn is within the preset confidence interval.

EFFECT: invention increases reliability of calibration / calibration results.
