FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the domain of measuring equipment and deals with the secondary reference standard of laser emission energy unit. The reference standard comprises the laser-plasma light source, the separating plate, the control measuring laser energy conversion device, the laser emission energy reducer, the calorimetric reference measuring conversion device, the actuating unit and the computer. The reducer is designed as the rotating disk with four openings, where the neutral filters are set in three of them. The reference standard is equipped with the integrating sphere with the outlet, inlet and accessory openings. The beam splitter is adjusted in the accessory opening. This splitter divides the laser emission into the straight flow, along the way of which the calorimetric reference measuring conversion device is fixed, and the diffusely-reflected flow. The fiber-optic accumulator inlet is implemented within the outlet opening. This accumulator comprises at a minimum six light conductors, at the ends of which there are neutral filters, spectral filters and photodetectors.
EFFECT: accuracy increase, extension of energy range and spectral range of working measuring instrument calibration and checkout.
