SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of formula I-III or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts which can find application in treating metabolically mediated disorders. In Formula I, each of R1 and R2 is independently selected from -H or -C1-6 alkyl; R3 is -C1-6 alkyl; each of R4 and R5 is independently selected from -H, -OH or R4 and R5 jointly form an oxo-group; cycle A denotes 5-8-member fully unsaturated cycle containing 0-3 N atoms, wherein cycle A is optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents R6; each R6 independently denotes halogen, -H or -OR7; each R7 independently denotes -C1-6 alkyl, and n denotes 0 or 1. In Formula II, each of R1 and R2 is independently selected from -H or -C1-6 alkyl; R3 is -C1-6 alkyl; each of R4 and R5 is independently selected from -H, -OH or R4 and R5 jointly form an oxo-group; cycle (ring) A denotes 5-8-member fully unsaturated cycle containing 0-3 N atoms, wherein cycle A is optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents R6; each R6 independently denotes halogen, -H or -OR7 and each R7 is -C1-6 alkyl.
