SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treating postoperative corneal edema. Upon formation of scarring forming creases of Descemet's membrane after keratomic corneal punctures, non-invasive rex is performed by circular or arcuate incision of posterior surface of corneal stroma and Descemet's membrane with radius smaller than radius of arrangement of keratomic cicatrixes by means of femtosecond laser.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the period of postoperative treatment and rehabilitation.
