SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave equipment and can be used as end load in waveguide channels with high power level. Waveguide load comprises rectangular waveguide and absorber. Orthogonal to rectangular waveguide additionally introduced is section of rectangular waveguide with short-circuited outputs, narrow walls of which are parallel to narrow walls of rectangular waveguide, wherein the first wide wall of the piece of the rectangular waveguide is connected to the output of the rectangular waveguide using a matching element made in the form of an alternating height transition, and the second wide wall of the piece of the rectangular waveguide is matched with the absorber surface of the absorber.

EFFECT: increase of manufacturability of production due to simplification of a design and reduction of labor input.
