SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of waveguide load. This invention consists in fact that waveguide load consists of short-circuited section of rectangular waveguide, inside of which along two wide walls absorbers are placed, which are made in form of flat plates of absorbent material, have the same thickness, fill entire area of two wide walls of rectangular waveguide, narrow walls of short-circuited section of rectangular waveguide are made with decreasing height from beginning of load to its end, and at short-circuited end of load height of narrow walls of waveguide is selected equal to two thicknesses of plates of absorbent material.

EFFECT: possibility of uniform absorption of microwave power along load.
