FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiation imaging and can be used in fire bench tests of solid-propellant rocket engines. Aligning X-ray screen-converter, including substrate in form of plate and luminescent layer containing luminophor powder and binder. Between the substrate and the luminescent layer there is a photodetector. Luminescent layer additionally contains photochromic glass powder, the grain size of which is equal to the size of the luminophore powder grains, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: photochromic glass powder 5–20, binder 8–20, luminophor powder – the rest.

EFFECT: invention provides higher levelling factor.
