SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical microbiology, and aims at laboratory or experimental studies in studying antibiotic susceptibility of cholera vibrios. To increase the sensitivity of cholera vibrios to antibacterial drugs, an agent which reduces expression of genes to antibiotic resistance is used. Diclofenac 500 mg/l is used as an expression agent.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows higher sensitivity of cholera vibrios to antibacterial preparations in their combined application with diclofenac in relation to antibiotic resistance cholera vibrio strains in vitro and vivo.
