FIELD: experimental medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, in particular to cholera prophylaxis method using drugs based on vesicles of outer membrane virulent strains of Vibrio cholerae O1 El Tor and Vibrio cholerae O139. Mice of 16-20 g mass are immunized parenterally twice at seven-day intervals with 0.2 ml of a mixture consisting of Vibrio cholerae O1 El Tor 18950 - 5 µg and Vibrio cholerae O139 17786 - 5 µg external membrane vesicles, the efficiency of cholera immunity modeled by vesicles shall be considered positive in case no generalized cholera occurred in research animals after infecting them.

EFFECT: invention provides possibility to is to obtain cholera immunity in research animals.
