SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology and oncopediatry, and can be used for prediction of infertility in children and adolescents after risk-adapted treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). Initial stratification is carried out into therapeutic groups, the volume of anticancer treatment is determined. Infertility risk factors are evaluated: age of patient is 12 years and more, DAL-HD therapy is administered, dose of CP is 2 g/m² and more, a dose of procarbazine 3 g/m² and more, irradiation of the lymphocytes below the diaphragm, and the third risk group by the stratification of the anticancer treatment volume. Risk factors are assessed in scores according to the scoring system presented in Table 4 of the description. If the total score is 0 to 11 points inclusive, the patient is referred to the low risk group of infertility. If total score is from 12 to 23 inclusive, mean risk. If the total score is 24 points or more, the risk is high.

EFFECT: method enables the stage of stratification of patients to determine the volume of primary treatment of malignant process and to anticipate the risk of occurrence of infertility after treatment by grading the sum of prognostic coefficients of factors into three groups and development of a risk scale for reducing fertility.
