FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for monitoring the severity of ischemic injuries of the lower extremities is performed using the device. Method involves recording photoplethysmograms in red and infrared light. Average value of ratio of variable A2 is determined and constant A1 component F = A2/ A1 and ratio Fr measurements in red and Fir infrared light S = Fr/Fir. Values of F and S are measured for large FBP and SBP toe and Fnq and Snq for the other four toes (q = 1, 2, 3, 4). For the greater toe, the ratio of the amplitude of the variable R2 and constant R1 constituent rheograms RBP= R2/R1. Similar deviations are determined for the remaining four fingers Rnq. Functions of ischemic injury severity with basic variables FBP, Fnq, SBP, Snq, RBP, Rnq: fTF(FBP); fnq(Fnq); fTS(SBP); fnq(Snq); fTR(RBP); fnq(Rnq). Combined functions of severity level for large fTr and other fTq of toes. Further, the severity of the ischemic process of the lower extremities is determined by all toes other than the large one, and generalized severity of ischemic involvement for all toes. Determining functions of belonging to such types of conditions as: stable state μss(STI), compensation μCM(STI), subcompensation μSaturation(STI), decompensation μDC(STI), the maximum value of which identifies belonging to the corresponding class of states.
EFFECT: higher quality of differential diagnosis of the degree of severity of the ischemic process of the lower extremities by treating the photoplethysmogram and rheogram signals from the fingers of the leg to be tested.
