FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, functional diagnostics, vascular surgery, and can be used to diagnose the severity of the ischemic process of the central hemodynamic system (CHS). To do this, carry out the measurement of systolic blood pressure (SBP) at a given time, heart rate (HR), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), concentration of Ca2+ in the blood and determination of the difference in systolic blood pressure now and three days ago (ΔSBP). Additionally measure pulse arterial pressure (PAD), post-occlusive venous pressure in the affected limb (POVD), the ratio of the diastolic reserve before and after the cold test (ΔCT) and the decrease in the volume of blood flow in the basal vein in orthostasis (ΔDBVO). Then determine the severity of the ischemic process of the central hemodynamic system using the original calculation formula. Assessment of the severity of the ischemic process of CHS is carried out using four membership functions μn(CHS) – is the norm, μl(CHS) – is latent, μR(CHS) – is reverse, μc(CHS) – is critical for the original calculation formulas. Set the severity in accordance with what function of membership is maximum.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in accuracy and quality of predicting the severity of the ischemic process of CHS.
