METHOD FOR PREDICTING SEVERITY OF ISCHEMIC PROCESS IN HEART, BRAIN AND LOWER LIMBS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2648178 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for diagnosis and therapy in neurology, cardiology, vascular surgery, disability examination, professional suitability. Method means determining such informative features Sj as the criterion for assessing the central hemodynamic system, time of segregation of critical ischemia of the lower limbs, intensity of pain syndrome in the heart (c), the brain (m), the lower limbs (k). For each informative characteristic of each organ under the study: i=c, m, k and state severity class r: r=n (normal); r=l (latent); r=p (reversible); r=k (critical) determined are membership functions μri(S), which determine the confidence in the state severity classification for the organs under the study on the basis of Sj. Then the final severity of ischemia is calculated for each organ under the study. Urc(j+1)=Urc(j)+µrc(Sj+1)×(1-Urc(j)), where Urc(j) is the confidence in each severity: r=n, l, p, k, for the heart (s), when μrc(Sj) are calculated for the j-signs: j=1, …, 5. Herewith Urc(1)=μrc(S1). Confidence is determined in each severity for the heart. And the final severity of cardiac ischemia is determined by the maximum of the values of Unc, Ulc, Upc, Ukc. Urm(j+1)=Urm(j)+µrm(Sj+1)×(1-Urm(j)), where Urm(j) is the confidence in each severity: r=n, l, p, k, for the brain (m), when μrm(Sj) are calculated for the j-signs: j=1, …, 5. Herewith Urm(1)=μrm(S1). Confidence is determined in each severity for the brain. And the final severity of cerebral ischemia is determined by the maximum of the values of Unm, Ulm, Upm, Ukm. Urk(j+1)=Urk(j)+µrk(Sj+1)×(1-Urk(j)), where Urk(j) is the confidence in each severity: r=n, l, p, k, for the lower limbs (k), when μrk(Sj) are calculated for the j-signs: j=1, …, 5. Herewith Urk(1)=μrk(S1). Confidence is established in each severity of the lower limbs, and the final severity of ischemia of the lower limbs is determined from the maximum of the values of Unk, Ulk, Upk, Ukk.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality of predicting the severity of the ischemic process of the heart, the brain and the lower limbs.
