FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to the analytical chemistry, and can be used for the components separation in solution and the mixture composition quantitative determination. Mixture components in solution chromatographic separation method comprises the mobile phase with the separable components mixture introduced thereto supply into the chromatograph chromatographic column, containing at least one stationary phase made of a porous material, and then the mixture separated components concentrations measurement. Mixture separated components are the organic dyes molecules. As the stationary phase, the transparent for the ultraviolet, infrared, and visible ranges optical radiation medium is used. During the controlled mixture passing through the chromatographic column, it is sequentially irradiated with one or several sources of continuous laser radiation with a wavelength corresponding to the one of the separated mixture components absorption region. Used laser radiation power density exceeds the threshold value of 5 W/cm2.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the separation efficiency, reduce the time spent on the separation process.
