Composition contains an alkyd resin and a siccative based on a binuclear complex of ligand-manganese containing manganese and 1,4,7-trisubstituted-1,4,7-triazacyclononane ligand. Alkyd resin is an alkyd-stabilized non-aqueous dispersion of additive polymer particles in a non-aqueous liquid phase containing an alkyd.
EFFECT: invention provides good drying properties.
