FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridge-building, particularly, to reconstruction and reinforcement of existing bridge span. Method of bridge span reconstruction with metal double-cantilever arch consists in installation of steel sheet in lower part of end support transverse beam. Then cavity of the end support transverse beam is concreted with fiber concrete. Forming of formwork in lower part at end sections of main beam, then concreting end sections of main beam fiber concrete. After that holes are arranged in metal diaphragms and holes are drilled in concreted end sections of main beams. Then, bundles of ropes are pulled through end sections and main beam diaphragms. After that stepwise pre-stressing of main beam is performed by means of tension of bundles of ropes, clips are fixed and anchors with three-petal clamp are fixed. It is then filled with an injected solution. Then bottom bottom formwork is installed along main beams length. After that, there are installed the pout-formers, and then the main beam compartments are concreted with fiber-concrete.
EFFECT: reinforcing damaged cross links of metal double-cantilever arch by increasing cross-section with metal sheets by means of welding.
