FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridge-building, particularly, to reconstruction and reinforcement of existing bridge span. Method for reinforcement of a bridge structure with dismounting of channel supports of the bridge, consisting in the fact that pavement layers are removed to the span plate. Then reinforced carcass reinforcement is restored and U-shaped profile is installed in lower belt of damaged beams, and then emergency sections of damaged beams are filled with fiber-reinforced concrete and cracks are injected with epoxy compound. Further, holes are drilled in suppressing areas of generation at each side of the span along the overpass, thereafter, holes are drilled in the plate of the roadway through each running meter in pairs on each side, and holes of larger diameter are additionally drilled for concrete pumping. Then hanging clamps are freely passed through holes in plate of roadway and fixed from above on anchors. After that ropes are passed from strands without shells through holes in suppressing areas of tempering so that they pass through all loops of yokes. Then yokes are tightened to create rigid reinforcement structure. Then ropes are tightened. After that existing intermediate supports of the bridge are dismantled, then formwork is arranged along the bottom of beams. Then wooden beam and metal bands are lowered from top plate (scaffolding). Further, through the drilled holes in the plate, fiber concrete is sent with vibrating with a dip vibrator. Finally finishing works of repaired part of bridge are performed.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of reinforcing a bridge structure with dismantling bridge channel supports.
